When the government launched their Green Homes Grant scheme they had a target of retrofitting 600,000 homes in the UK through the scheme. So far, around 20,000 vouchers have been issues since the scheme launched in autumn 2020. At this rate, it will take 10 years for the 600,000 homes target to be reached.
