How much does it cost?

A Whole House Plan starts from £375 for a 1-2 bedroom property, but with this match-funded offer, you can get up to £300 towards the cost of any sized home. That means you could pay as little as £75 for expert home energy advice!

? 1–2 bed home – £375 (you pay £75)
? 3–4 bed home – £600 (you pay £300)
? 5+ bed home – price on request, with £300 discounted*

This cost covers the detailed assessment and expertise needed to design the right plan for your home.

*Homes with more than five bedrooms can be a bit more complex, so we may need extra details.
