How much does it cost?
Invest in your home’s future with a Whole House Plan, starting at £187 for a 1–2 bedroom property. Thanks to our 50% match-funding, larger homes can still benefit, with a capped discount of £300 applied to higher-cost assessments.

- 5+ bed home – price on request, with £300 discount*
This cost covers the detailed assessment and expertise needed to design the right plan for your home. *Homes with more than five bedrooms can be a bit more complex, so we will need extra details.

About CAPZero
The Community Action Plan for Zero-Carbon Energy (CAPZero) is the first of its kind in the UK. Its mission is to create a zero-carbon energy system in the Eynsham (Cuckoo Lane) Primary Substation Area before 2050 through long-term stewardship, benefiting both current and future residents while providing a model for wider action.
CAPZero is a project of Low Carbon Hub. Working in collaboration with Cosy Homes Oxfordshire, the project is supporting homeowners in the CAPZero area by offering match-funded Whole House Plans.
CAPZero models how a cluster of communities in West Oxfordshire can create a zero-carbon energy system in their local area, in a way that works for them. It is a plan developed by community representatives together with experts, and it has now entered an exciting implementation phase. Everyone is needed: residents and businesses can lead the way, by taking action now.
