Play a key role in transforming homes for a sustainable future – keeping them warm in winter, cool in summer, and energy-efficient all year round.
Are you passionate about making homes more energy-efficient? As a Retrofit Coordinator, you’ll help guide home energy improvement projects from start to finish – ensuring quality, managing risks, and providing homeowners with the confidence to retrofit their properties.
With the UK committed to net zero by 2050, retrofitting homes is more important than ever. At Cosy Homes Oxfordshire, we’re simplifying the process, making it easier for homeowners to upgrade their homes for comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.

“Joining as a Retrofit Coordinator has exposed me to different specialists, ideas, products, techniques etc and as a result I feel more confident in my knowledge and the advice I give. It feels great to feel part of a team and working towards a common goal.”
